OK. Lush is a chain. All of them are going to be at least good. Let's just get that out there.
This one is stellar. The employees are fantastic and enthusiastic. (I work retail as well and everytime I go in, I'm mystified as to how they can be so friendly.) It's a smaller store (Newbury Street boutique, the usual), so there is a lot of attention on the customer. Yes, they will actually approach you and talk to you. Unlike other boutiques on Newbury Street, they will conduct a conversation with you, instead of looking down their noses at you. My favorite part of this location (and more this location than any other I've visited) is that the people who work here are always always enthusiastic to show a new product or a neat trick.
They always have insane deals too, which makes their already-fabulous products even more enticing. This combined with the enthusiasm of the employees means they're raking it in, so be prepared to cringe at the register (but trust me, it'll be worth every cent!)
